-Max of 4 people -Quite hours from 9:30 pm to 9:00 am -NO PETS ALLOWED under any circumstances, we’re an allergy-friendly home -Person booking the reservation must be 30 years of age or older and also be a guest staying on-site -Please shake out sandy towels before bringing inside, a hose on the left-hand side of the driveway is available for rinsing feet and other beach items - We're a green household, so please conserve electricity and water usage, and please make sure all lights & AC/heater unit is turned off when leaving the house. -EVENTS NOT ALLOWED, no additional guests on-site - If the house is left with extra messes and stains after check-out, an additional fee of $150 will be charged.
