-Quite hours from 9:30 pm to 9:00 am -NO PETS ALLOWED under any circumstances, we’re an allergy-friendly home -Person booking the reservation must be 30 years of age or older and also be a guest staying on-site - Please place furniture back where it was within the house or in the garden area if it was moved by you during your stay - We're a green household, so please conserve electricity and water usage, and please make sure all lights & AC/heater unit is turned off when leaving the house. - If there's an excessive amount of trash and recycling overflows, an extra garbage pick-up fee may apply - If the house is left with extra messes and stains after check-out, the following fees will be applied: *$15 for missing/broken glasses or plates *$40 for ruined/stained towels *$35 for pillow cases *200 for stained/ruined sheets or duvet cover *$200 for any other bigger messes that requires extra time from our housekeeper -EVENTS NOT ALLOWED unless pre-approved in advance and paid for - Confetti is not allowed -Please shake out sandy towels before bringing inside, a hose on the left-hand side of the driveway is available for rinsing feet and other beach items - Use of our property for filming/video is not allowed without permission from the owner. - You can park 2 cars up in the driveway, and one additional car can be parked on the street right in front of the house. Please Note: No cars are to be parked outside neighbors houses, and risks being towed if disregarded.

We do allow the hosting of small gatherings of up to 25 people on the property, with prior approval and an event site fee. Please inquire for more details! Washer/Dryer is available for minimum 5-day stays. We also have a queen-size air mattress available for a 9th guest for a small fee- please inquire if interested. For long-term stays, guests are responsible for gas and electricity. No smoking and no pets allowed on the property.
